Training programmes that are accredited by The CPD Service have been thoroughly scrutinised to ensure they meet the very highest standards of integrity and quality.
Continued Professional Development is the term used to describe the learning activities professionals engage in to develop and enhance their abilities. It enables learning to become conscious and proactive, rather than passive and reactive.
Established in 1996, The CPD Certification Service assesses training programmes against a universally accepted checklist developed over the past two decades.

ILM
Four of our training courses – Train the Trainer, Hospitality Training, Social and Business Etiquette and Luxury Retail Store Training – have been endorsed and certified by the ILM. Upon completion of one of these courses you will receive a separate Development certificate from the ILM or you can choose to complete a short assessment to qualify for the Endorsed ILM diploma.
ILM is the UK’s leading provider in leadership, management and coaching skills development and part of the wider City & Guilds Group. ILM Recognised Providers are validated through a rigorous benchmark model to ensure they meet the high competency criteria for training quality.
ILM is passionate about harnessing the power of leadership to transform people and businesses for the better. Undertaking an ILM qualification will enable you to build your skills, knowledge and gain a world recognised qualification. The organisation specialises in leadership, management, coaching and mentoring, but also offers a wide range of sector- and skill-specific qualifications.
All Students undertaking an ILM qualification will access 1 years free Institute of Leadership and Management membership at the point of registration. You will get access to a range of expertly curated online resources, including interactive tests, guides, journals, webinars, blogs, podcasts and free leadership events. It will enable you to boost your confidence as a leader, giving you that edge to stand out from the crowd and get ahead in your career. When choosing to become an ILM student with The British School of Etiquette you will receive expert guidance and coaching from world leading experts in the industry.
The British School of Etiquette is approved by The Institute of Leadership & Management and fully in tune with their Dimensions of Leadership. Train the Trainer and Leading with Emotional Intelligence are accredited and certificated by The Institute and align to their Associate Membership Grade. Upon completion of these courses, students become registered Members with The Institute for one year, and gain access to all their brilliant resources. Students can also use the letters (AMInstLM) after their names upon successful completion of the programme.
