Richard Cullinan is a transformational facilitator, instructional designer, executive coach, writer and public speaker. He is also an entrepreneur and founded his own training and people development company in South Africa in 2007.

Richard has consulted with leading South African blue-chip companies including African Bank, Alexander Forbes, Barclays, First National Bank, Homechoice, Liberty Life, Nedbank, Standard Bank, the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and Telkom, amongst others.

Richard is a subject matter expert in emotional intelligence, agile team leadership, business coaching, high performance selling, customer service, time management and goal setting, presentation skills and business writing.

As the Director of our EQ Faculty Richard is responsible for the design, marketing, sales and coaching of our emotional intelligence programmes. Richard is also responsible for training and accrediting our Global Partners to facilitate and coach our EQ programmes.
